Tahaqaq’s organizational structure

Executive Director: The Executive Director represents Tahaqaq and oversees its management and development. All departments of the Observatory report to the Executive Director as follows:

– Fact-Checking and Editing: This department is headed by the Editor-in-Chief and includes the fact-Checking supervisor, fact-checkers, monitors, content writers, and editors. Their mission is to fact-check, assess its accuracy, communicate with sources, and document source statements. The fact-Checking supervisor is responsible for reviewing the final output of the fact-Checking operations, while the Editor-in-Chief supervises the final drafting of fact-checking articles before the final approval for publication.

-Technology and Information: This department includes digital content creators, graphic designers, content providers, and social media manager, who is responsible for managing and developing all technical and digital matters, in addition to overseeing these two tasks:

1. Digital Design: Creating interactive digital content for social media platforms and graphic design.

2. Publishing and Social Media Management: Ensuring the publication of reports from the editorial department in accordance with the Observatory’s editorial policy and methodology. Managing content, access, and interaction on social media platforms according to the Tahaqaq’s vision.

– Programs and Communication: This department focuses on enhancing opportunities for the Observatory to secure independent support and funding, completing all related procedures in this context. Additionally, it represents the Observatory and its team, builds strong relationships with the local community, regional institutions, media organizations, and the public according to the Tahaqaq’s vision.
